Although so many of their activites are documented and presented here, some of the most interesting storylines are those oral histories recanted through family.
"Fat Elevator" - Man About Manhattan
The asphalt of New York’s Mulberry Street reflects the light of a solitary lamppost. As brothers Louis “Fat Elevator” and Joe step out of a taxi, shots ring out. In a mad dash, Joe side steps fate. The bullets rip through the windowpanes of neighborhood stores and bury themselves into lampposts. They never touched Joe, but Fat Elevator catches a few and spins to the ground like a crazy dancer.
